We find the right properties through agents like yourself on a long term tenancy to help facilitate our client’s accommodation needs while they are in your area for work purposes.
We are looking for minimum term of 12 months with the view to extend to 36 months, in some locations we will go up to 60 months. It is our preference that you manage the property for the landlord for the duration of the contract. The tangible benefits for agents are numerous
